I have a question:

Your country experienced rapid baby boom. So there were a lot of new players, don't having idea about how the things stands in the game. Haven't you created some sort of organization to provide them with information to get them know the game well. Were there any structures for giving orders and so on. And also were there any economical effects - tax changes and goverment funding. It's interesting to know how your economy reacted to the mass of novices. Thanks in advance for your responce.

Hmm... we made "Mentors" project - every person who think he doesn't understand the game - receive a "Mentor". Older players were making public actions ("I'm giving 500 food q1!). We have some organizations which can help new players, for example ePajacyk - you just need to send PM or ePCK - you need to show the battle which you can fight in or the Ministry of Defence newspaper. We know most of our BB is dead now, but we're working to save as many players as possible. Umm... and of course we needed help from our friends from EDEN. In the middle of BB there was a situation when there were only 200-300 food q1. So we asked for help and we got it

What was the "Mentors" project actually (if not a secret)? We are trying to integrate a similar program but our approach might not be the best in the current situation.

No, it's not a secret. As I say: group of experienced players belong to "Mentors" group. They don't have a salary for this. They just teach new players how to play and carry about them to 13-14 level. Many of new players can't do 2-3 things and can't for example heal in hospital. It's not a lot of work really. And it's everything organized by Education Ministry.
